Scope before work
You approve a written scope before anyone starts. Change orders are quoted and approved the same way — no surprises discovered at invoicing.
Kingdom Electric Solutions is a licensed electrical contractor serving Orange County. The Solar Maintenance Division was built because solar owners kept calling with problems that maintenance companies could not legally fix and electricians were not equipped to find.
Solar cleaning companies can wash glass. They cannot open a disconnect, evaluate a connector, or write you an estimate for corrective wiring. Electrical contractors can do all of that, but they are not driving out twice a year to look at a roof nobody has thought about since commissioning.
So owners ended up in the middle: a cleaner who noticed something and told them to "call an electrician", an electrician with no history of the system, and nobody keeping a record. The Solar Maintenance Division closes that loop. Routine care and licensed electrical work stay clearly separated — different scopes, different invoices — but they sit inside one company with one file per property.
Scope is written before work starts. Findings are photographed. Additional work is quoted before it happens, not discovered on the invoice. When a job does not need what a customer came in asking for, we say that — a load calculation proving you do not need a panel upgrade is a good outcome, not a lost sale.

Load calculations, monitoring data, and photographs. If we recommend replacing something, we can show you why.
Corrective electrical work is never quietly folded into a maintenance visit. Different disciplines, different invoices.
Every visit adds to the same file, so the history is there when a warranty claim, insurance question, or sale needs it.
Panel capacity, EV charging, rewiring, and ongoing solar care for the house you live in.
Cleaning, inspection, guard protection, and diagnostics — regardless of who installed the system.
Remodel and ADU electrical scopes priced from plans, with documentation that attaches to a bid package.
