Solar Maintenance Division

Maintenance that happens without you remembering it.

A membership puts your array on a schedule, keeps every visit in one file, and gives you a known number to call when something looks wrong. Plans are quoted by array size, roof type, and access — because a ground mount and a three-story tile roof are not the same job.

Plans

Three levels of coverage.

All three include the same field standards and the same written record. The difference is frequency and what is bundled in.

Essential

One visit per year
  • Annual deionized-water panel cleaning
  • Visual array and roof condition check
  • Photo record of the visit
  • Member rate on additional cleanings
  • Scheduled automatically at your interval

Division Care

Three visits per year
  • Three cleanings per year for high-exposure roofs
  • Two 100-Point Health Inspections
  • Guard perimeter maintained and re-secured as needed
  • Production diagnostics when output shifts
  • Priority scheduling and same-week electrical triage
  • Full service history retained for warranty and resale

Pricing is quoted per property. Array size, roof pitch and material, height, and access all affect the visit — so we quote what your roof actually takes rather than publishing a rate that would not apply to it.

Included in every plan

The parts that do not change.

  • The same cleaning method and the same inspection checklist regardless of plan
  • Photo documentation added to your file at every visit
  • Findings separated into maintenance versus licensed electrical work
  • Written estimates before any additional work is performed
  • One phone number for both maintenance and electrical questions
  • Cancel or change your interval with notice before the next scheduled visit
Why recurring beats reactive. The systems that cost their owners real money are almost never the ones that failed suddenly. They are the ones that drifted — a nesting colony that arrived in spring, a connector that corroded over two seasons, a module that cracked in a windstorm nobody inspected after. A schedule catches drift.

Memberships also keep the history that matters later: warranty claims, insurance questions, and the buyer's inspection when the house sells all go better with a dated photo record behind them.

Talk through the right plan
Questions

Membership questions.

How is my plan priced?

By what the property takes: module count, roof material and pitch, height, and how the array is accessed. We confirm those details before quoting, so the number you get is the number you pay.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Plenty of members start at Essential, see the first inspection report, and move up — or start at Signature and step down once the roof is stable. Changes take effect at the next scheduled visit.

What if I need electrical work?

It is quoted separately as licensed electrical work, at member rates. We deliberately do not bundle corrective electrical work into a maintenance plan — that is how people end up paying a subscription for repairs they never needed.

Do you cover multiple properties?

Yes. Portfolios, HOAs, and property managers are quoted per site with a combined schedule and a single point of contact.

Put the array on a schedule.

Send the property details and we will quote the plan that fits the roof.
